We welcome referrals from NDIS participants, support coordinators, plan managers, families, carers, and allied health professionals. All our providers are accredited allied health professionals delivering tailored movement and therapy supports.

Who Can Make a Referral?

We accept referrals from a wide range of sources to ensure everyone has access to our accredited allied health services.

NDIS Participants

Self-managed and plan-managed participants can refer themselves or be referred to our services.

Support Coordinators

Support coordinators can refer participants to access our Exercise Physiology, OT, and Physiotherapy services.

Plan Managers

Plan managers can initiate referrals on behalf of participants to ensure seamless service access.

Allied Health Professionals

GPs, specialists, and other allied health professionals can refer patients for specialised therapy services.

Families & Carers

Family members and carers can refer their loved ones to access the support they deserve.

Organisations & Providers

Disability organisations and service providers can refer individuals to our comprehensive allied health programs.

Services Available Through Referral

We provide a comprehensive range of allied health services tailored to meet individual needs and NDIS goals.

Occupational Therapist

  • Functional assessments to identify how a participant manages daily life and where support is needed.
  • Daily living skill development to improve independence with tasks like showering, dressing, cooking and routines.
  • Sensory, safety and equipment strategies to support safer functioning at home and in the community.

Physiotherapist

  • Movement and mobility therapy to improve physical function, strength and safe movement.
  • Functional training and exercise programs linked to the participant's disability-related goals.
  • Falls prevention and physical support strategies including carer guidance and mobility-related recommendations.

Speech Pathologist

  • Communication assessment and therapy to support speech, language and understanding.
  • AAC and non-verbal communication support including alternative communication methods.
  • Swallowing, eating and drinking support where these needs are related to the participant's disability.

Psychologist

  • Functional psychological assessments to understand disability-related impacts on daily life.
  • Emotional regulation and coping support to strengthen wellbeing and day-to-day functioning.
  • Capacity-building therapy to improve participation in relationships, school, work and community life.

Podiatrist

  • Foot, ankle and lower limb assessment and treatment related to disability needs.
  • Foot care support including nail, skin and musculoskeletal foot management.
  • Orthotics and footwear advice to improve comfort, mobility and function.

Exercise Physiologist

  • Clinical exercise programs tailored to disability-related support needs.
  • Strength and physical capacity building to improve function and independence.
  • Goal-based physical activity interventions that support mobility, participation and reduced reliance on other supports.
